Fawkner Leisure Centre is part of Active Merri-bek, which is owned by the City of Merri-bek and run by YMCA Victoria. The centre is currently closed for redevelopment.
Fawkner Leisure Centre redevelopment
The redevelopment at Fawkner Leisure Centre will see a number of new facilities introduced to the centre as well as upgraded spaces.

Information for members
Fawkner Leisure Centre members who chose to maintain their membership will be able to use our other Active Merri-bek sites while the redevelopment is underway. These sites are Brunswick Baths, Coburg Leisure Centre and Oak Park Sports and Aquatic Centre.
Members can also continue to access our group fitness classes. We’ve arranged to run our group fitness classes at the community hall next door so you can still enjoy your favourite classes with our talented instructors.
