Whether your child is just starting their swimming journey or looking to refine their skills, we've got a swimming workshop for them.
If you didn’t place your swimming lesson membership on hold during the Summer Suspension period, you can enjoy this workshop free of charge. For those who opted in for the Summer Suspension but still want to enrol, you’re welcome to join for just $25.50 per session.

Workshop levels
Preschool (ages three to five years)
Tadpole (one 45-minute session)
- Focus on water familiarisation, kicking on front and back, torpedo, breath control (bubbles), floating and extended arm paddling.
Goldfish (one 45 minute session)
- Practise submersion and breath control, torpedo and back kicking.
- Introduction to backstroke, surivival backstroke, floating and freestyle (with side breathing).
School-aged (ages five+ years)
Octopus (one 45 minute session)
- Practise submersion and breath control, torpedo and back kicking.
- Introduction to freestyle and side breathing, backstroke and survival backstroke kick.
Sardine and Turtle (two 60 minute sessions)
- Session one: 30 minutes freestyle, 30 minutes backstroke.
- Session two: 30 minutes breaststroke, 30 minutes survival backstroke.
Salmon and Tuna (two 60 minute sessions)
- Session one: 30 minutes freestyle, 30 minutes backstroke.
- Session two: 30 minutes breaststroke, 15 minutes survival backstroke, 15 minutes butterfly.
Dolphin and Shark (two 60 minute sessions)
- Session one: 30 minutes freestyle, 30 minutes backstroke.
- Session two: 30 minutes breaststroke, 30 minutes butterfly.
