Our older adults exercise programs and seniors fitness classes aim to support the body through movement, mobility and strength exercises. These exercises keep you healthier for longer and reduce the risk of falls and other conditions brought on by ageing.
We'll work with you through program planning, exercise demonstrations and regular check-ins to ensure your program is right for you. Your exercises will be appropriate for your level of fitness and ability. You'll be supervised by qualified trainers who understand your needs and will be able to give you the right advice. You'll also enjoy the company of other like-minded people of a similar age.
