Who are the Glams?
The Glams are Victoria's only LGBTQIA+ swim club and have been operating since 2001. They provide an environment for LGBTQIA+ swimmers and their friends to train and improve their swimming for fitness, fun or competition.
What happens in a session with the Glams?
The Glams 60 minute sessions are a mix of technique and fitness focussed drills and sets. You don't need to be Arianne Titmus to participate but you need to be able to comfortably swim a couple hundred meters.
The Glams work hard in the pool but you are welcome to take it at your own pace and rest as much as you need.
