Coburg Leisure Centre and Brunswick Baths are excited to announce our Intensive School Holiday Program is now available for bookings! This is a great opportunity for kids of all levels to improve their swimming skills.

Lessons will run for 30 minutes, between 12:00pm and 3:00pm on Monday 18 July through to Friday 22 September 2023.

Is your child eligible for a free Intensive School Holiday Program?

If you have held a continuous swim lesson membership for the past 12 months, your child may be eligible for a free Intensive School Holiday Program. Every swim lesson student is eligible for one free Intensive School Holiday Program every 12-month period.

To check your eligibility, please book via the Client Portal. If eligible, you will receive a credit applied to your swim lesson account.

46-Week Swim Lesson Program

Our regular 46-week swim lesson program will continue as normal throughout the school holiday period. Our last lessons for 2023 will occur on Sunday 17 December, so lessons will continue through both the June/July and September/October School Holidays.

Make-up lessons

If you are unavailable during the school holiday period, please ensure you cancel your child's attendance via the Client Portal at least 2 hours prior to the lesson start time to be eligible for a make-up lesson. Each student can have up to 8 makeup lessons per 12 months and they must be used within 90 days.

Online Customer Portal

Active Merri-Bek will bring you an online customer portal, with each Swimming Lessons Responsible Parent/Guardian being allocated their very own personalised account. This new service will provide you with your own personal login to empower you with the ease and convenience of: 

  • Check or change your lesson time.
  • Manage your membership – update and check your membership details.
  • Online assessments - Check your progression reports.
  • Register your absence and book make-up lessons (see our make-up lessons policy).
