Coburg Leisure Centre is thrilled to announce that the talented instructors from GKR Karate will be joining us to teach your little ones some awesome karate moves.
GKR believe in creating a positive and nurturing environment where self-defense, fitness, and important values like confidence, discipline, focus, and well-being are fostered. But that's not all! We're also organising a yoga session for the kids, which is fantastic for building strength, flexibility, improving breathing techniques, promoting good posture and relaxation through meditation.

Duration: 45 minute sessions
Cost: FREE with the option to book into one or both classes!
Bookings: Visit or call the centre to make a booking.
These sessions are suitable for children age 4 to 10 years.

- If your child has booked and can no longer attend the session, we ask you notify the centre to ensure we have places for other children.
