Specialties

Ryan specialises in; strength and conditioning for everyone, from athletes through to the elderly. He has a breadth of experience in training 1:1, 2:1, small and larger group classes.

Ryan is very personable and loves getting to know anybody and everybody.

Outside of the gym, he enjoys playing soccer, spending time with family, hiking/ camping and cooking up a storm in the kitchen.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science
  • Cert IV Allied Health Assistant (AHA)
  • Team sport specific training
  • Sports injury prevention/ rehab
  • Boxing instructor
  • First Aid and CPR
  • All Abilities instructor
