A little about me
I have been in the Fitness Industry since 2012 and balance my work hours between the Health Club and teaching various Group Fitness classes. I still make time for my own strength training sessions and a daily walk

What I am working towards
My goal is for everyone to realise the importance of Health and Fitness and acknowledge that each journey is individual. Guidance and education is the key to creating a sustainable routine that promotes a healthy lifestyle and longevity

What I like to do outside of the gym
Live entertainment and sport, dining out, travelling
