Ladies Who Lift is a program designed for women who want to build skill and knowledge on all levels of weight training technique in a safe and supportive space. The aim of this program is to teach women how to lift weights correctly and efficiently in the gym, suitable for novices or for individuals with experience who want to refine their technique.

Enjoy the opportunity to do strength training in a judgement-free environment, with expert advice from the trainer.
