    Active Merri-bek centres including Brunswick Baths and Coburg Leisure Centre are excited to bring back the Adrenaline Six-Week Spring Challenge.

    The challenge is designed to help you ignite your new health and fitness goals.

    Participants work closely with a coach to perfect their form and technique whilst improving strength and conditioning in a focused, fun and social environment.

    Coaches will provide a supportive small group setting where fitness and individual results are the focus.

    Start date: Monday 4 September 2023

    Cost: Free for members on a premium membership and $250 for non-members

      Adrenaline Spring Challenge - TERMS AND CONDITIONS (Terms) 
       
      1. OFFER AND ELIGIBILITY 
      II. This Adrenaline Spring Challenge promotion (Promotion) is offered by Victorian YMCA Community Programming Pty Ltd (ABN 75 092 818 445) of Merri-Bek City Council. (YMCA).  

      III. To be eligible for the prize pack;  
      I. you must become a Premium Member at Merri-bek Centres
      II. you sign up for a 6-week Premium Membership
      III. For the avoidance of doubt, the Promotion does not apply if you sign up for swimming lessons, gymnastics or other program memberships. 
      IV. The Promotion is not valid in conjunction with other offers, unless approved in writing by YMCA. 
      V. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 
      VI. The Promotion is available at (Participating Centres) between the dates of 4 September until 16 October 2023. (Promotion Period).
       
      2. TERMS  
      II. If you meet the criteria set out in clause III, you will be eligible to receive prizes.
      III. All other applicable fees and charges in respect of the membership will be payable in accordance with the applicable membership terms. Your membership will otherwise be governed by such membership terms. 
      IV. The Promotion is only available at Participating Centres (Brunswick Baths and Coburg Leisure Centre). 

      3.PRIVACY  
      II. YMCA handles all personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy at YMCA Victoria.  

      4. MISCELLANEOUS  
      II. YMCA reserves the right to amend, cease and / or revoke the Promotion prior to the end of the Promotion Period in its sole discretion and without notice.  
      III. To the extent permitted by law, YMCA will not be liable to any person for any cost, loss, damage, liability, expense or claim arising, whether directly or indirectly, in connection with the Promotion.  
      IV. Any dispute or situation not covered by these terms, will be resolved by YMCA management in a manner it deems to be fair (acting reasonably). 
      V. These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. 
      VI. Members and Participants will be bound by their terms of membership with YMCA. To the extent of any inconsistency between the terms of membership and these Terms, these Terms will take priority.
