Online customer portal
Active Merri-bek will bring you an online customer portal, with each member and swimming lessons responsible parent / guardian being allocated their very own personalised account.
This new service will provide you with your own personal login to empower you with the ease and convenience of:
- online bookings (viewing your group fitness classes or personal training sessions has never been easier – you can check availability and book online);
- managing your membership (you can update your details or suspend your membership online);
- making online purchases (you can visit the online shop feature to purchase your personal training packs or single sessions);
- online assessments (you can check your progression reports);
- registering your absence and booking make-up lessons.
From Friday 19 May 2023 you can access your customer portal whenever you need it.
You will be issued your login on Friday 19 May 2023 via an email with instructions on how to log in.
Please be aware
Active Merri-bek will continue to process your direct debits each fortnight. There are no additional fees or charge for this service for this new service, but please note that due to our system change, the reference on your bank statement from the debit on Thursday 25 May 2023 may be slightly different from previous transactions.
