Active Merri-bek has partnered with the Coburg Harriers to deliver four fun-filled Run and Swim events this Summer! The events include a 1500m run at the Harold Stevens Athletics track followed by a 100 - 200m swim at Coburg Olympic Swimming pool. If you’re looking to give something new a try or get active in a different way this summer, these events are for you!
Sunday Fun Day
The Active Merri-bek Run and Swim Summer Series is a great way to start your Sunday mornings. Each event is family-friendly and everyone is welcome. You will meet at Coburg Olympic Swimming Pool at 9:30 am and will be marshalled to the Harold Stevens Athletics Track –a short walk from Coburg Olympic Swimming Pool. You will run around the track and head towards Coburg Olympic Swimming Pool. There will be a spot to discard shoes and extra clothing before you jump into the pool to start the swim leg of the race – a great way to cool down post-run!

Prices:
- $15.00 for adult entry (over 16 years old)
- $5.00 for child entry (under 15 years old)
All entry fees will go to YMCA Open Doors, an initiative that provides free or subsidized programs and services to people in need.
