Our Tai Chi sessions take place every Friday at Glenroy Community Hub. Led by an experienced Active Merri-bek trainer, the sessions are suitable for all ages and abilities. So whether you’re new to Tai Chi or looking to refine your skills, come along and get active in a relaxed environment with us.
What is Tai Chi?
Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese martial art. It involves a unique combination of gentle and easy-to-follow movements, stretches, mindfulness, breathing and relaxation.
Designed to support your physical health and clear your mind, Tai Chai can help to improve the functioning of virtually all the systems of your body.
