Carmel specialises in group training for all populations. She loves the challenge of training older adults in her LLLS , Active Adults and Active Hearts classes. She also enjoys training people who attend HIIT type sessions such as circuit, adrenaline and spin. I like seeing participants achieve their goals of becoming stronger, healthier, fitter and gain better mobility and confidence.
In my spare time I enjoy travelling overseas and within Australia, long walks , cycling, running, cooking and spending time with my family.
