Marco specialises in: strength and conditioning for all populations - from athletes, to adolescents and general.
He is also learning more about high speed running techniques and enjoys working with anyone in rehab coming back from injury.
Outside of the gym, Marco enjoys playing footy, the odd game of golf, watching a heap of sport and trying all different cuisines!
