When you join one of our fitness challenges, you'll work closely with a supportive coach to perfect your form, technique, strength and conditioning in a focused, fun and social environment. Fitness and individual results are the focus.

We run a range of different fitness challenges for people of all ages and abilities. So whether you enjoy cycling, running, lifting or just want try something new – we've got a challenge for you.
