Our personal trainers will plan and deliver sessions tailored to your fitness level and the goals you want to achieve, so we'll match you with the right personal trainer for your needs. 

Personal training sessions run for 30, 45 or 60 minutes. You can choose to book a one-on-one session or two-on-one session.

During the sessions, you'll have access to our fully equipped gym and designated training space. Trainers will monitor your progress with our Evolt body scanner and regular benchmarking.

How to book personal training

You can now book personal training sessions online. To book your session, you'll need an online customer portal account. If you're a member, you will already have an account. Please see our guides for information on logging in or creating an account.

    Bookings open one week prior to the class start time (to the minute).

    Cancellation policy

    Cancellations made no later than 24 hours prior to the booking will result in a product return being added to your online customer account. Cancellations for medical reasons must present a medical certificate up to week after your booked sessions to receive a product return to your account.
