Increase your overall strength and movement efficiency. Learn to lift - or lift better, and change the way you train.Focus
The Adrenaline Strength fitness challenge is a full body workout which focuses on overall strength and functional strength development using a range of training methods such free weights, bodyweight, core exercises, compound movements, and function training equipment.

- Dumbells
- Kettlebells
- TRX resistance equipment
- Bodyweight exercises
- Core exercises
- Barbell strength movements: including the 'big 3' - squat, bench and deadlift.
- Barbell movement patterns: including pull, push, lunge, squat, hinge and rotation exercises.
Joining this Adrenaline Strength fitness challenge will give you access to 3 small group training classes per week for 4 weeks. The group is limited to 8 people so that our coaches can provide you with personalised training advise and feedback.
