Brunswick Baths offers two types of fitness challenges; a cardio-based challenge called Adrenaline HIT, and a strength-based challenge, Adrenaline Strength. These challenge programs generally run for 4 or 8 weeks. Upcoming challenge programs and booking information will be listed on this page.

Adrenaline Strength – 4 week challenge

Location Brunswick Baths, Functional Training Room (FTR)
Dates Monday May 16 - Sunday 12 June 2022
Commitment 3 sessions per week
When Tuesday: 6:15am  Thursday: 7:15am  Saturday: 9:30am
Cost $125 Non-members / $100 Members
Included  Free water bottle, towel, manual, 2 x Evolt body composition scans

If you're looking to shake up your training routine, interested in strength or are looking to improve your performance - this is the challenge for you!

Goal

Increase your overall strength and movement efficiency. Learn to lift - or lift better, and change the way you train.

Focus

The Adrenaline Strength fitness challenge is a full body workout which focuses on overall strength and functional strength development using a range of training methods such free weights, bodyweight, core exercises, compound movements, and function training equipment.

Tools and techniques

  • Barbells
  • Dumbells
  • Kettlebells
  • TRX resistance equipment
  • Bodyweight exercises
  • Core exercises
  • Barbell strength movements: including the 'big 3' - squat, bench and deadlift.
  • Barbell movement patterns: including pull, push, lunge, squat, hinge and rotation exercises.

Joining this Adrenaline Strength fitness challenge will give you access to 3 small group training classes per week for 4 weeks. The group is limited to 8 people so that our coaches can provide you with personalised training advise and feedback.
